this is a baby bump cake in all buttercream except for satin bow around waist. I used small 1/2 ball pans for top, and Large 1/2 ball pan for bump. I piped rosettes in pink and purple, and frosted skin tone on top in BC smooth. Edible pearls added to dress and top.
