Hello Kitty

Hello Kitty cake made for a friends granddaughter on her first birthday. Completely edible, hand made. Fondant is MM fondant.

She wanted 2 different types of cake, chocolate and white, but did not want marbled or different flavors for each layer. I ended up making the 2 cakes, cut them in half, layered each cake with the same half and placing them side by side to get the ‘full’ cake.
