I made this cake for a fundraiser, to raise money towards the care of resident cats at a home for the elderly.
I thought I’d make it fun and different.
Cake is a rich fruit cake perfect for Christmas.
I made my own modelling chocolate to make the cat and baubles. Recipe from Calli Hopper aka Callicious Cakes 😊
