The biggest and most expensive cake I’ve constructed so far… This cake weighed in at about 400kg and was priced at $26,000, was commissioned by VW Singapore for the launch of the new Golf GTI E35. The cake took me and my team 4 long days to construct. It is a full on, solid, chocolate fudge cake with chocolate ganache filling. Non of that rice crispy stuff…
