Monster High Cake

Monster High Cake (for my daughter’s BFFE) – Not a very good day to be making cake as the weather wasn’t cooperating. It’s raining and the humidity is so high. So everything is getting soft and shiny. The fondant was cracking everywhere. Very stressful creation…but nothing i can do about it and then adding to the stress was using a cheap brand of fondant. Didn’t get the chance to order a great brand online. Oh well!

It’s a good thing that I used a real doll, an edible one would have become very soft to even sit.

So this is a Chocolate Mud Cake with Italian Meringue Buttercream filling. Both cake were covered in Ganache and Fondant.
