I made this for a friend of mine a few weeks ago. She was making the cake so I made the toppers. I felt a little bit of pressure as she is super good at making wedding cakes and they are always so clean and neat I was a bit afraid that my toppers would ruin all her work. I like how they turned out in the end and she was over the moon with them. They were bigger than I would usually make and sat on an 8" board. The horse was made from rolled up tin foil to support the bride and cake pop sticks for the legs. Then covered in ice wise fondant……my favourite to work with…..ever!!!!
