Hi everyone.
I've been making cakes for the last 3 years or so. I started making cakes for my five boys and from there the trouble started.....ha ha!!! I just finished studying pastry in gmit and teach classes with Decobake. I entered my first competition in Galway 2 years ago and won gold and best in class for my wedding cake. After that I entered Catex chef Ireland in Dublin and won gold and best in class in the novelty section and double gold and best in class in the wedding cake section. This was the first time ever that a double gold was awarded. I also won gold and best in class for both entries again in Belfast and gold and silver in London in the same year. This year I won gold and best in class again in Dublin and gold for my wedding cake.
I love what I do and i'm very grateful for the chance to be able to do this work while at home with boys. I hope you like my pictures xx check them out on Facebook on bakemehappy.ie.
