This happy red is a Black Forest cake with buttercream icing. The cake is a 9 " wide and 5 kg in weight. I used a simple tool- a star nozzle to create the feathers and body of the bird. The eyes , beak , feet and top feathers are fondant to get the deep dark red ameri super red is mixed with brown . Hope you all like my simple creation.
