Here there are the photos of the cake that we did during the private class personalized for Graziella from Design Sucrè. It has been a class of five days in which I have taught all the steps to Graziella to do 3D cakes. She wanted to create a woman dragoon. We began by constructing together the structure, the creams and the masses to be doing stepwise this piece of 170 cm of height with about 60 kg of weight. 100 % cake except the structure. More than 300 servings cake that we end up by delivering in a fest of welcome to the summer near where she lives.

The cake was stuffed of Barry ganache softly of chocolate with milk with sponge cake bathed of orange, very juicy. The ganache of coverage was elaborated by chocolate Barry. The cake was decorated by modelling chocolate, mass ticino, the jewels were of sugar Isomalt and we decide to include in the design two of his flowers of sugar.

This has been his first experience with 3D cakes since this she specialized in flowers and wedding cakes. Since the heat delayed and complicated the advance in the different phases of the creation of the tart ultimately we end up by sleeping 4 hours last days … at least we sleep jejeje. Graziella has born as a champion the pressure and has continued working up to being able to deliver a worthy product of the event to his public. Congratulation Graziella!
