A 40th birthday cake for my very dear friend Angela. She requested a cake that was plain with some buttercream, but ‘nothing weird’! Well, this is what I made her – rich in flavours, colour and amazing aromas, Angela was blown away by her birthday cake which made me so happy that my childhood friend who has been through so much got to celebrate her 40th in style.
