My first double barrel on the middle tier, this cake was soooo heavy!! I used Shawna McGreevy’s rose tutorial to make bigger and better roses than I have ever made before and wired the hydrangeas for the first time. Only my fourth wedding cake and the most traditional, I loved doing this cake and had so much love from the guests when I attended the evening reception it was extra special. Now I just need to get a decent camera to take some better pictures!!

Your cake is beautiful, Debbie! Are you using your camera set to automatic focus? If you have a manual option, try that. Sometimes the autofocus does not work very well.

Ashamed to say I only have my phone atm. Bad pictures own fault, just disappointed with this one in particular as probably my best cake to date. Think phone struggled with all the white!!
