I loved making this cake. I just wish I had been given more than 24 hours notice….there was so much I wanted to do!!! This was made for a chefs graduation party, no pressure making a cake for 20 trained chefs Eeeek!

This was the first time I attempted modeling a figure, it was much harder than I anticipated! It was 3 am and no matter how I tried the poor little rat just kept turning into a gorilla 😆 Eventually, Remy appeared after many attempts. He was so cute, I was scared someone might eat him….all was well though, I wasn’t the only one who thought this and he was carefully put aside 🐭
