I made this cake based off a picture the bride brought into the shop. The original photo, from The Pastry Studio, was all fondant, and the bride wanted the fondant kept to a bare minimum. So I figured out how to do buttercream ruffles. You can read more about it on my blog: http://bit.ly/NZKpNe
