I am thrilled and honored to be part of 28 outstanding sugar artists from all over the world, in a cake collaboration that honors costumes from Cirque du Soleil. Each of us selected a costume or costumes and recreated a celebration cake in sugar form. What an amazing experience!!

I selected this particular costume because I wanted to do something in black & white, which is a departure from my usual colourful pieces.
