Hi there! I am Tammy and I am based in Jerusalem (although originally from Toronto). In this is a bridal cake I was asked to create a striking cake that felt really fresh and modern. The orchids are made using Nicholas Lodge Sugar Paste tinted lemon lime green and then dusted with petal dust and hand painted. The black and white uses some of the upcoming trends from summer and keeps it all really classic.
