Wedding season and power cuts is such a dreadful combination and has kept me away from posting :) Combining my love for whipped cream with a few sugar flowers (maiden attempt )to make a wedding cake come alive .I have always admired fondant ruffles and even though it took hours I did manage to make whipped cream ruffles on the base tier.The baby pink and white did compliment each other and really looked like the blushing bride who was fair ,petite and pretty.
