50th Golden Wedding Anniversary Cake. There are 50 wafer paper flowers – assorted roses, ranunculus, violets, fantasy flowers with additional leaves and buds. The flowers and leaves are gold-dusted and/or gold-edged while some are pearlized. Each tier is a different flavor, enrobed with white chocolate ganache and covered in fondant. All three tiers have a pearl white dusting. There are gold-edged ruffles on each of the tiers The top and bottom tiers are decorated with a Moroccan lattice design and finished with gold dragees. The center tier is hand-painted with a gold water color accent.
