Welcome to “Away with the Fairies” a woodland fairy centrepiece, made from sugar and chocolate, created for the Irish Sugarcraft Show by the Celtic Cakers and over 100 Irish and International Cake Decorators & Sugar Artists. We are sharing all the wonderful fairies that were sent from all parts of the globe by some very generous contributors.
There’s still an opportunity to head to the Irish Sugarcraft Show tomorrow, Sunday the 13th, in the Citywest Hotel and Convention Centre to check out these amazing pieces of sugar art and see the centrepiece in full. If you can’t make the show be sure to check back here tomorrow evening when we will share all our pictures of the work done and the centrepiece in full.

These 3 Fairies are made out of Fondant, I shipped them to Ireland from New York. I am so glad to join this amazing collaboration with so many Great Cake Artists, I wish I could be there, it looks like an amazing Cake show!!! Congratulations, everyone!!
