My client requested that her daughter’s two favourite characters must go on top of her birthday cake – Baymax and Toothless! Hate to say it, but I had no cooking clue who Baymax was so I had to google it (thank goodness of search engines – what would us cakers do without this amazing useful tool in our world?!) Wasn’t quite sure how I was going to do this cake but it kind of evolved in front of me. I hand painted the grass around the cake and from thereon it exploded into this colourful, spring themed Toothless and Baymax cake. Have to say, I really enjoyed making it for her and she was over the moon with it too!
