A surprise birthday cake for my big brother. Inspired by Carlos Lischetti’s viking cake, I thought it would be fun to make a viking cake for my one and only bro who loves Asterix and Obelix. The body of the viking is Chocolate mud cake with Dark Chocolate Cream Cheese filling and Caramel syrup. My brother loved him. Hope you do too x
