Hot Air Balloon Cake for a First Birthday party. Bottom tier is chocolate cake with fresh strawberry and chocolate ganache filling. Middle is vanilla cake with fresh banana and vanilla pudding filling. Top tier is vanilla cake with pineapple filling. Iced in buttercream and topped with fondant. Balloon is styrophone ball covered in fondant. Basket and all other accents are edible.
