I made this tower for Gorgeous Little Issac who celebrated his 1st birthday and his Naming today. It has 6" round caramel mudcake with caramel syrup and caramel ganache. The tower holds 24 cupcakes, 23 assorted Elmo and Cookie Monsters and a special Candle cupcake for the birthday boy. This is my first Cookie Monster and an updated version of Elmo :) The Balloon arrangement is inspired by the AMAZING Sugar High, Inc.
