our local restaurant had a titanic theme night to celebrate the 100th anniversary complete with menu from the great ship the night it sank.
They wanted a really special centerpiece so we created this Titanic cake for them
the whole thing is completely edible and weighed so much it took two of us to lift it was a real challenge but i enjoyed it
