This cake was made to celebrate a 70th birthday – the joke being that this client had eaten this exact breakfast every single day of his life!

It was a great cake to make -a challenge as it was my first gravity defying effort, but I was pretty pleased with how it turned out. Cereal box and bowl are cake, jug is RKT and everything else modelling chocolate.

Inside lemon and white chocolate. (Much better than boring old cornflakes… ;) )
