Hot air balloon biscuits made for a baby shower today. Loved the colour palette my client gave me to work with: white, blue and a “touch of orange”. To make the clouds I used a medium sized flower plunger cookie cutter, cut them in half, placed them on the blue sugar paste and carefully rolled them into the paste. I used a small diamond shape cutter to make the bunting on the balloons by cutting the diamonds in half – perfect size for this purpose.
