This cake was for a 50th birthday celebration. The brief was for square cakes, mint green & pink tones, flowers and a ‘bit of bling’! I just about managed to get in a ‘bit of bling’!

The top tier is white chocolate cake, filled with raspberry preserve & white chocolate buttercream and coated in white chocolate ganache. The base tier is chocolate fudge cake, filled with chocolate buttercream and coated in milk chocolate ganache.
