A cake to remember a young man who was cruelly taken 2 years ago. William would have been 21 on the 8th Oct and his lovely family wanted to have a small gathering to mark the date. The beats were his favourite thing along with chocolate cake. It was a privileged to be able to make this cake for my lovely neighbour and her family who have remained dignified and shown such strength and bravery throughout losing a valued and special member of their family. William was a remarkable young man, warm, gentle, kind and funny, and is very much missed everyday but especially on what would have been his 21st birthday.
