This is a birthday cake for my hubby. He didn’t want a lot fuss, but I couldn’t not have a birthday cake for him, especially it being his 65th. This is a small cake for a family dinner. It’s a Mango cake torted with fresh pineapple, and iced with pineapple buttercream. We made Minion figures at my last cake club meeting a few weeks ago. I took my little Minion home and turned him into a golfer. You’ve probably guessed by now….hubby is a BIG golfer…right up until it’s too cold to golf!!! He often misses on his putts….so I gave him the benefit of a larger then life 18th hole….hee hee
