This cake was for a horror movie fan.
Jason’s mask and knife were made of gumpaste and dried for a week. I used some black fondant in the back of the mask to prop up the mask and used the red candy melts “blood” as extra support.
The sign’s scenery was hand painted to look like the Camp Crystal Lake sign. The words were fondant.
