This is a gluten free 10 inch carrot cake. This is one of my favourite cakes that I have made in a while and the first time that I have made a sunflower. It is for a friend’s pagan wedding ceremony which takes place tomorrow. Apparently she will be jumping over a broomstick and they will be tied together with ribbons. They also have 22 Morris Men coming! Should be interesting!
