A small 6" smash cake for a special little boy who is turning one. This is a direct copy of Naomi Thomson’s (from Windsor Ontario) “Horton” cake.
Naomi made her cake in fondant, mine is all buttercream with the exception of the trunk. I used some of the cake scraps mixed with a little bit of icing to form the ball for “Horton’s” flower.
