This cake was asked for in chocolate and was a nightmare, with the humidty with the weather the fondant was hard work and started sagging because of the softness from the chocolate buttercream i made the board to look like a copper drip tray, im going to have a go with ganache in the future! Brilliant job, don’t you just hate humidity, I have had a few problems the same lately. Looks amazing, especially the board effect

Thank you Lyn, its really got me down, but i read something about putting gum tragenth in to harden it up! I will try it next rime x
