After attending the Robot class by Mayen last year, I have at last got to put into practice the techniques she taught us for building structured cakes 😊
I loved making this and can only thank goodness for Massa Ricimo Fondant as it enabled me to cover it in one go – he was 14" tall – hallelujah 😱haha
