This is a 3’ tall Native American Indian bust of a Sioux Chief. He sits on a red-velvet sheet cake that portrays a Native American Blanket and is surrounded by handmade fondant pieces of turquoise. The bust is made of rice crispies and then covered in our handmade fondant and sculpted. The feathers are made of fondant and the “down” part of the feather in the head dress is cotton candy. The beading around his face are sprinkles and the eyes were hand-painted with food dye. The teepee and peace pipe are also made of fondant and everything you see here is 100% edible.
