This is a clown I made as a tribute to the old fashioned tramps clowns, he is life size and made from caramel mud covered in White choc ganache… Hat I’d coated with colour granule sugar and coconut. This clown Paul Jerome famous was for his light up heart and tramp style, there is a LED in the centre of the heart that lights up and a sugar flower squirting gelatine water! I included a progress shot before the heavy ‘make up’ so you can see his face! ( my father thinks he looks like my husband, at second glance oops…. He does a little! LOL! )
