My own Anniversary Wedding Cake.
Devil’s food cake filled and coated with dark chocolate ganache.
Love the Wafer Paper Pattern on the first layer!
On the second layer i used wafer paper colored circles to “paint” the white fondant: a new experiment ….love this effect, and you?
The topper is made on fondant covered with 10 wafer paper hearts, one of each year of wedding.
