I had the most Amazing experience participating in the Gardens of the World Collabration.
Gardens of the World is a “Chelsea Flower Show” Inspired International cake collaboration featuring 26 outstanding, award winning and celebrated cake artists from all over the world. Our common theme was “Gardens of the World” We have created sugar art celebrating the beauty of English, French, Italian, Japanese and Spanish Gardens.

My piece is based on the majestic and structured Garden of The Palace of Versaille , France.

amazing super tall cake – and the horses are incredible! all of it actually. you can paint and model and make super sharp edged cakes – are you even human ;-) hehe xxx
