I loved this cake and was very proud of it. I did have a few issues with the stability of my structure which I need to work on! But ultimately the concept was there and the cake fed 25people. So if I could get the structure right the skirt would be smoother and it would be a better finish…I’m always learning, I’m always trying to do better 👍😊
