I’m not usually a huge fan of Tiffany cakes, but I have to admit I loved this cake in the end. I loved the colour, the clean lines and how it came together so well.

The bottom tier is three cake boards that I covered to look like a box, the round cake tier is vanilla sponge. I decided to add stencil detail to this box to make it a bit more interesting and the little bag on top is made from gumpaste.
