Baptism cake design and colors based on the invitation. Baby giraffe topper is made of gumpaste and inspired by “Way beyond cakes by Mayen”. Top Tier is 6" mango chiffon cake with mango SMBC. Middle tier is an 8" dummy cake with hand-cut details. Bottom tier is 10" chocolate cake with Ferrero Rocher SMBC. One of my few “square” cakes as they are more challenging to make than round cakes.
