The mom-to-be asked for a safari themed baby shower cake. I was excited. I quickly sketched a pastel two tiered cake with monkeys, elephants and lions. It was adorable, if I have to say so myself. Shortly after I received the invitation. I soon realized this was not going to be any ordinary pastel pink baby shower. I quickly rethought my design to reflect her invitation. I used Cake Structure’s mold for the high heel. I airbrushed the bottom half using hot pink. The pink has a tad of yellow which gives it a little orange tint. But bold was what I was going for and I guess I got it.
