Alyssa's Senior Flute Recital

Alyssa is one of my daughter’s best friends, so naturally, I agreed to do her recital cake. Purple is her favorite color, so we incorporated that into her Calla Lilies. Flute is gumpaste, and dusted with silver dusting powder. Cakes were fudge marble on the base, chocolate middle, and white cake for the top tier. All were frosted with chocolate cream cheese frosting under the fondant.
