This cake was for 30th and the birthday boy’s favorite activity is hill climbing up in the Highlands. He goes climbing with his two buddies and of course they see lots of highland cows. The submarine is a nickname for his car, which was added on the cake as a little joke.

Love it. That Highland cow is so cute. How on earth did you get the effect of the waterfall.You are very clever.

thank you! For the waterfall I marbled different shades of blue fondant and then once on the cake painted it with a watered down apricot jam to get it shiny.
