This was a rainbow ribbon rose birthday cake for my 4 year old daughter. Her favorite color is ‘rainbow’ she says. The cascading roses took a minute to get in a rhythm making them and attaching them to the cake. This is a 6" and 8" cake with matching layers inside.

This is a white cake filled/frosted with Swiss Meringue Buttercream. I trimmed both sides of each layer so it would be cleaner looking, although by looking at it, wish I could have done something about the edge. Oh well, can’t win ’em all.
