I made this cake for my mum’s bday. She is a math and physics teacher with a passion for painting, so i tried to put in this cake all her greatest passions. I designed the cake like a stack of book, on the top there is a version of Einstein painter.
The cake was orange chocolate and almond sponge cake, filled with orange chocolate ganache, whipped cream and candied orange peels ;)
