This cake it’s made with three different types of cakes. On base is a chocolate mini layer biscuit, with chocolate ganache and raspberry jam. In the middle was a carrot cake with lemon buttercream, and the last one was a vanilla mini layer biscuit, with lucuma cream and some layers with caramel (manjar).
The ruffles were made of fondant with gum paste.
