Topsy Turvy Wedding Cake

Topsy Turvy Wedding Cake in pink velvet with strawberry cream cheese frosting. Covered in white chocolate fondant. The top tier is quilted with black sugar pearls. The next tier is covered in filigree piping with royal blue blossoms and ivory wild roses with black sugar pearl centers. The third tier is ivory fondant with royal blue stripes. The bottom tier is similar to the second tier with filigree piping, blue blossoms, wild roses…and adds gumpaste roses to the picture. The topper is a combination of gumpaste roses and royal blue blossoms.
