Today is my wedding anniversary. 1 1 years is traditionally steel so the cake I made for the two of us has a metallic theme to it. The two ruffle balls were added to give the cake height and interest sitting on a steel plate box. The square pictures of roses go all around the cake and represent the roses I had in my bouquet. The heart of course with the blood red dribble on the front of the cake is about how much we have loved and supported each other through some of the harder times we’ve both encountered over the years. It’s probably a more arty type of anniversary cake but it definitely reflects my more creative side. Hope you like it my friends x
