A clean and simple 2 tier wedding cake created last week for a client. I was given so much trust in this creation that the client’s brief was only “couple topper / flower / chocolate cake”…the rest you decide"…and I was like… WOW !!!! And so this gave me the opportunity to try out new style / technique that I’d always wanted to try !! In this cake I’d created the faux silver leaf technique with a contrasting big pink/ maroon fantasy sugarflower !!
