I was approached by a client whose daughter loves the Despicable Me unicorn so much that she wanted it to be her sweet sixteen cake.

We couldn’t fit the whole cake in the picture but the bottom tier is a double barreled cake that when cut into was layered in the rainbow colors. It was decorated in cut out flowers to give a child’s “cartoon” appearance.

The unicorn from despicable me is 100% edible. It was hand carved made with a tiramisu cake and filled with chocolate mousse.
